Return Policy Overview

At FK Luxuries Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

1. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. The product should be in the same condition as received.
3. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
4. The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items.
• Items without original packaging or label.
• Custom-made, private label, or personalized products.
• Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance offers.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipment or drop-off.
4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund & Replacement

Refunds (if approved) will be issued via the original payment method. Via bank transfer or Easy Paisa wallet.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

Replacement is subject to product availability.
